First of all, please check your emails or SMS for a tracking link for the current status of your delivery, this will be sent from New Zealand Post or Urgent Couriers. It may be that the delivery driver hasn't reached you yet. They work within your selected time window, so your specific delivery time may vary week to week.
You can check your delivery window by logging into your online account or via the HelloFresh app.
If your delivery window has passed and your box still hasn't arrived, please check the tracking link to see the latest updates. Otherwise, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and one of our agents will follow up directly with the couriers for the most up to date information.
