First of all, check what time your box is due to be delivered. It may be that the delivery driver hasn't reached you yet. They work within your selected time window and your specific delivery time may vary week to week.
You can check your delivery window by logging into your online account or via the HelloFresh app.
If your delivery window has passed and your box still hasn't arrived, please check the tracking link sent via text message to see the latest updates. Otherwise, please get in touch as soon as possible, one of our agents will get back to you to investigate further.
