Once you sign up for your first HelloFresh box you will be charged right away. The amount will be shown in your Order Confirmation Email, so keep an eye out for it in your inbox.
For any subsequent orders, these will be charged the Wednesday prior to the delivery date, just after our 11.59pm Tuesday deadline. Please allow a few days for charges to appear in your account. If a charge does not go through, you will receive an invoice from our Billing team.
